A Turkish automotive parts supplier was developing auxiliary BLDC motors for automotive cooling and ventilation systems.

The main technical challenges included:

The JY02 SSOP-20 controller was implemented with:

  • Adjustable startup torque for automotive load conditions

  • SPWM control to reduce electromagnetic noise

  • Overload and anti-lock protection to improve system safety

  • Speed signal output for vehicle control unit monitoring

The EAI adaptive function allowed fast motor parameter matching without Hall sensors.
